We all know that safety awareness is important, especially in workshop, factory and construction site. In one of our previous blog, we had briefly mentioned about safety awareness. If you have not read it, click here.
In this blog, we will teach you how to do settings for Custronics Safety Scoreboard. Custronics safety scoreboard always comes with a keypad controller, with 4 buttons; Red, Yellow, Black, Green. Each comes with their simple settings and is very direct.
Part 1
To enter into the setting mode, press and hold on Red color button until you see a long line appears on your safety scoreboard display panel.
In this example, as the line appears on the “Days”, we will set the accident-free days first.
On the keypad controller;
Red button represent 1000 days.
Yellow button represent 100 days.
Black button represent 10 days.
Green button represent 1 day.
You may press the buttons accordingly to set your current accident-free day record.
Part 2
Once done, press and hold on the red button again, until the long line appears on the date.
On the keypad controller;
Yellow button represent Day.
Black button represent Month.
Green button represent Year.
You may press the buttons accordingly to set your current date.
Part 3
Once done, press and hold on the red button again to proceed to the next setting. The date section will change to time (current time).
On the keypad controller;
Yellow button represent Hour.
Black button represent Minute.
Green button represent Second.
Once done, press and hold on the red button again until the line disappear. This means you have already exit from the setting mode.
As the current date and time has been set, once you have exited from the setting mode, the Safety Scoreboard display panel will continue to operate automatically. The number of accident-free days will be updated automatically once the time reach 24 hours.
If you want to reset the accident-free days, press and hold on the Yellow button on your keypad controller.
